Interview: 10 questions
1.Tell me something about your life and the educational background
It seems that life is Okay. I am Practicing art and teaching in school.
Graduated in Painting (major) and Print making (minor) from Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University, Hyderabad- 2005
2. When, how and why started you filming?
In the summer of 2014, I accidentally got a shoot of burning dry leaf Heap on the roadside. While zooming out, the nearby green plant comes into frame in a withered form, with the heat of that burning is titled “Fire Mishap.†This was captured in with a low resolution mobile camera; this time based work inspired me lot towards a new discipline.
For the first time the work “Staircase†was projected on Toride Station West Access wall, Japan 2014
3. What kinds of topics have your films?
The local/ surrounding subjects, like what we face everyday life on Roads, in our home, school, Park or any social cause inspires me to involve them in the work of art. Titles like Staircase, Pomp, one good cause, Happy Friendship Day, Refugees are Welcome etc are amongst my video Artworks.

The Video is one such, my admiration of History, the Great Fall of Berlin wall uniting the east and west with the people’s will. The act got captured may also to hope come real to stop border fights between Pakistan and India and have a peaceful relations.
Synopsis: A coin has two faces with its own philosophy, but is passionate to its back face, though it could not see obviously. We may find people being social, group or the unity by the friendship in the Fauna and in the life of we social animals. May meet a friend accidentally but cherishes forever, by sharing, love, grief and all the highs and lows. Though there is a quarrel or fight they mingle back with reminiscence of the past. With the only friend the life, a pot full of joy. Colour, creed, region none can tolerate the unfriend. For many seasons they were friends and yet in a departure, re-united as well. In Friendship we pursue happiness and Freedom. The artist’s childhood admiration of the great fall of Berlin wall may reflect the video, which was the desired choice of the people.
5. How do you develop your films, do you follow certain principles, styles etc?
The works are simply Filmy Genre; I am very much inspired by the moving images, which may have very much seizing quality by its motion, sometimes it maybe in animated form of stop animation or GIF. All my video art works are of digital format.
6. Tell me more about the technical equipment you use.
I am using IOS Mobile and also Nikon D3200 rarely.
And for editing videos Adobe premiere and other software’s available online.
7. How do you finance your films?
There is no funding for making art works, I do finance for myself.
8. Do you work individually as a video artist/film maker or do you work in a team?
if you have experience in both, what is the difference, what do you prefer?
As a video maker I work alone with material, Media and editing. As in performance based video works I do work with others in terms of technical and performance.
9. Who or what has a lasting influence on your film/video making?
My little work is a part of world flow; I am much moved by the 80’s old Black and white movies in Telugu, Hollywood and much from Nam June Paik.
10. What are your future plans or dreams as a film/video maker?
There are no future plans or projects in mind, but to let see where the camera goes on.
